In spring 2024, I met a friend at a friend's birthday dinner. He is an actor, boxer, and a model. However he was struggling with getting professional shots. We then immediately worked with some photo shoots, and had him a professional headshot. He got many audition invitations after that.
I became the director of marketing and media, in charge of taking pictures, making films, and directing the event so it looks good on the screen. I am also in charge of the social media account, and anything that gets publicised. My team includes photographers and writers that help with the content, as well as assisting me during the event.

Major Event: Eddie Hearn at UCL Talk Show
In October, just a few weeks into the term, we held our first major event with Eddie Hearn.
Eddie Hearn is the biggest boxing promoter in the world, and has founded a company that worth £1Bn, focusing on boxing and entertainment.
I directed the media side of the event, coordinated all the crew that uses camera, and managed to cooperate with UCL Film Society, who were supposed to film the event together. the Film Society had technical issues and didn't capture the audio, and I managed to save the footage.
The event lasted for two hours, with countless of laughs and jokes, and a non-stop Q&A session that we were noticed by the University that we were out of our time. The event was successful, however there were many mistakes that are avoidable. I made a short review on the event and noted some points that can be improved next time.
After the event, Eddie Hearn's team contacted us as they have signed with Netflix to film a documentary about him. They saw my footage and were impressed by its quality, and has offered to use the footage in their documentary. We also signed a contract with Halo Production Studio, in Soho London, to further polish the footage into content available for social media and documentary.
在十月，學期才剛開始幾週，我們迎來了第一場盛大的活動——邀請全球最知名的拳擊推廣人 Eddie Hearn親臨現場。
Eddie Hearn 可說是拳擊界的傳奇人物，他創立了一家市值高達十億英鎊的公司，專注於拳擊與娛樂產業。
我負責活動的媒體製作，整合所有操作攝影機的團隊，並協調了與 UCL 電影學會的合作，確保活動全程錄製。然而，電影學會當天卻遇到了技術問題，完全沒有錄到音訊！就在大家手足無措時，我設法搶救了整段影像素材，確保珍貴的畫面得以保留下來。
活動持續了兩個小時，現場笑聲不斷，問答環節更是熱烈到停不下來。我們甚至收到校方提醒——我們的時間已經嚴重超過了！儘管活動取得了巨大的成功，但在整個過程中也暴露出一些可以改進的細節。活動結束後，我迅速整理了一份簡短的檢討，記錄下了多個下次可以避免的錯誤與提升之處。
令人驚喜的是，活動後不久，Eddie Hearn 的團隊主動聯繫了我們。他們剛剛與 Netflix 簽下合約，準備拍攝一部關於他的紀錄片。而當他們看到我的影像素材後，對畫質大加讚賞，提出希望將這段素材納入紀錄片的邀請。為了進一步提升這些珍貴素材的質感，我們還與位於倫敦 Soho 的 Halo 製作工作室簽署了合作協議，將素材精修成適合用於社交媒體與紀錄片的高品質內容。
這次活動不僅是一場學術與娛樂的盛宴，還帶給我們意料之外的驚喜與成就，為整個團隊留下了無比深刻的回憶！
